WHIPLASH INJURIES
Whiplash is a spinal
injury, often
the result of a car accident or other physicl trauma.
Physical trauma is often excacerbated by the presence of stress or
tension preceding the trauma. The neck and upper thorax is one of the
areas in which people hold tension, and if an accident occurs while the
person is already stressed, the impact is significantly more traumatic.
Craniosacral therapy is particularly beneficial in the release of
tension in the affected area, easing pressure, alleviating pain and
discomfort, and aiding recovery.
